What do we do at Veg Camp

EDUCATION
True to our beliefs of non-violence to all living beings, our education programming seeks to apply these principles to real-life examples and current events
YOGA & MEDITATION
Yoga and meditation is a core component of the Veg Camp experience as we aim to teach campers about self-awareness and inner peace
OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES
Outdoor activities are an essential part of our everyday schedule as campers get a chance to try archery, high ropes, rock climbing and more!
Camp Fires & EVENING ACTIVITIES
As part of camp tradition, camp fires and several other evening activities ensure that we conclude each day with a bang!
House Games
Camp spirit is an integral part of what we do! Campers will be put into different houses where they will compete all week to win points for their house
EXPLORING NATURE
With the beautiful oak ridges moraine as the backdrop, campers get an opportunity to enjoy the outdoors and learn about how ecosystems function

For the low price of just $825/camper (one of the lowest for overnight camps in Canada or the United States), campers get an enriching experience at the fantastic facilities of YMCA Cedar Glen!!! Keep an eye on our Facebook page for updates! Please note, we strongly recommend that campers be vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to camp. Register soon to secure your spot – registration will be capped at 60 campers so be sure to sign up ASAP!!
At Veg Eco Camp, we do not turn away campers simply because of cost.
